RAR, Inc. uses SMS text messaging to communicate with subcontracted trucking companies and drivers regarding trucking and dispatch operations.
Types of Messages
Messages may include dispatch assignments, job locations, start times, schedule changes, cancellations, requests for truck availability or information, and other work-related operational communications.
Consent
Subcontractors and drivers voluntarily provide their mobile phone number to RAR, Inc. and verbally consent to receive SMS messages related to trucking work and dispatch operations. SMS consent is voluntary and is not a condition of purchasing goods or services.
How We Obtain SMS Consent
RAR, INC. obtains verbal consent from subcontracted trucking companies, drivers, and their designated dispatch contacts during business onboarding or dispatch setup. Before SMS messages are sent, an RAR, INC. representative uses the following verbal consent script:
“RAR, INC. uses text messages to send truck dispatch assignments, job information, schedule changes, cancellations, availability requests, and other dispatch-related updates. Message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. Do you agree to receive these text messages from RAR, INC.? You can reply STOP at any time to opt out or HELP for help.”
If the recipient agrees, they provide the mobile phone number they want RAR, INC. to use for dispatch communications. SMS consent is voluntary and is not used for marketing or promotional messages.

Message frequency varies depending on available work, dispatch assignments, and operational activity.

Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier and wireless plan.
Opt Out
You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to a message from RAR, Inc. After opting out, you will no longer receive SMS messages from this program unless you provide consent again.
